1. Acceptance of Terms

UMPH AI is a product of UNICORNS & ROBOTS, INC. (“the Company”). By accessing or using umph.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What We Offer

UMPH AI provides AI-powered facial skin analysis and personalised treatment recommendations. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Not Medical Advice

The analysis and recommendations provided by UMPH AI are for general informational and cosmetic guidance only. Always consult a qualified healthcare or skincare professional before making medical or treatment decisions. UMPH AI is not a medical service and does not provide clinical diagnoses.

4. Treatment Recommendations Disclaimer

UMPH AI may suggest cosmetic or aesthetic treatments such as, but not limited to, botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling. These suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide and are strictly for informational and educational purposes only. They do not represent a professional recommendation, endorsement, or prescription by any licensed medical or skincare professional. You should always seek the advice of a qualified practitioner before undergoing any cosmetic or medical procedure. UMPH AI accepts no responsibility for any decisions made based on these suggestions.

5. AI Chat Advisor (UMI)

UMPH AI includes an AI-powered chat feature (“UMI”) that allows you to ask follow-up questions about your skin results. UMI's responses, including any treatment suggestions or skincare advice provided during the chat, are generated by artificial intelligence and are strictly for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, professional diagnosis, or a recommendation by any licensed healthcare or skincare practitioner. You should not rely on UMI's responses as a substitute for professional consultation. UMPH AI accepts no liability for any decisions made based on conversations with UMI.

6. Payments & Refunds

Each scan requires a one-time payment of $2.99. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Due to the immediate delivery of digital results, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your analysis fails to complete on your first attempt, we will provide additional retry attempts at no extra charge until a successful analysis is delivered - no refund will be issued in this situation. Refunds are only considered in the event that we are unable to deliver a completed analysis after all retry attempts have been exhausted due to a technical error on our end.

7. Privacy & Your Data

Your privacy is important to us. Photos you upload are used solely to generate your analysis and are not stored on our servers after processing. We do not sell your personal data.

7a. Third-Party AI Processing

To deliver our features, certain data is processed by third-party AI services:

Photo analysis: Photos you upload are transmitted to a third-party computer vision service to perform skin analysis. Images are processed in transit only and are not stored by that service after analysis is complete.

AI chat (UMI): Messages you send to UMI are processed by a third-party AI language service under a signed data processing agreement that prohibits use of your data for AI model training.

8. Leaderboard & Public Data

If you choose to submit your score to the UMPH AI leaderboard, your chosen username, overall skin score, skin age estimate, tier, and style nickname will be visible to all visitors of the leaderboard page. Submission is entirely optional and voluntary. Once submitted, entries may remain publicly visible.

9. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-based skin analysis has inherent limitations. Results may vary depending on lighting, image quality, and individual variation. UMPH AI makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any analysis result.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on UMPH AI are the property of UNICORNS & ROBOTS, INC. and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNICORNS & ROBOTS, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
