UMPH provides:

• A booking system for aesthetic and wellness treatments

• Subscription-based beauty plans (GlowPlan)

• AI-powered recommendations and personalization tools

• Access to exclusive offers, rewards, and partner clinics

• Optional live shopping and product purchasing features

UMPH is not a healthcare provider. All treatments are provided by third-party clinics.


4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

• You agree not to impersonate others, violate laws, or use UMPH to mislead, harass, or spam.

• You acknowledge that treatment results are not guaranteed.

5. Booking & Payment

• You can book treatments through our platform and may pay directly or via GlowPlan.

• Some treatments may require payment upfront, a cancellation notice, or consent to medical procedures.

• Missed payments may result in account suspension or delayed access to GlowPlan benefits.

• UMPH reserves the right to charge service fees, which are clearly displayed at checkout.

6. GlowPlan Subscriptions

• GlowPlan is an optional subscription offering exclusive savings and rewards.

• You can cancel GlowPlan at any time via your account settings.

• Benefits expire immediately upon cancellation and are non-refundable.

• Subscription fees may vary by tier and region.

7. AI Services Disclaimer

• AI tools offer personalized suggestions but are not medical advice.

• Use of AI features is optional and can be disabled in settings.

• AI interactions may be stored for service improvement.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and features on UMPH are the property of UMPH Ltd.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or modify UMPH content without written permission.

• User-generated content remains yours, but you grant UMPH a license to use it for platform or marketing purposes.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

• UMPH is not liable for outcomes of treatments booked via the platform.

• We are not responsible for clinic actions, medical advice, or treatment results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the user resides or receives services, unless otherwise stated:

• For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

• For users in other regions, applicable local consumer protection laws may also apply.
