1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of UMPH (“Sponsor”) are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. SPONSOR
This Giveaway is sponsored by UMPH, 8 Green Street, Ste A, Dover, DE, 19901, umphbeauty@gmail.com.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 MST on SEPTEMBER 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM MST on OCTOBER 12, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, participants may enter by joining the waitlist on umph.ai, following @umph.beauty on Instagram or UMPH on Facebook, and tagging three friends on any giveaway post through Instagram or Facebook. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive “Free Botox for a Year,” defined as up to 160 units of Botox treatments, provided in no more than 4 treatment sessions within twelve (12) months of prize acceptance. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $2800. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected in a drawing from all eligible entries within three (3) days of the end of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email and social media and must respond within 24 hours of notification. If winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. CONDITIONS OF PRIZE
Treatments must be performed by a licensed provider at a UMPH-partnered clinic. Winner is responsible for scheduling appointments and complying with all provider guidelines. Sponsor is not responsible for medical outcomes, side effects, or any expenses beyond the prize described.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
11. GOVERNING LAW
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
